Developed and implemented a stakeholder engagement strategy to inform an upcoming strategic planning process. Built an online tool and conducted personal interviews and presented findings to several groups.
Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Coached a team of national staff and managed the hospital’s grants and individual fundraising programs. Pioneered donor stewardship tactics systems, innovated new communication tools, and facilitated new projects for funding. Secured $4.8M over 3 years from institutional donors, private foundations, and individual gifts.
Joint Climate Change Initiative Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Researched, completed rural field visits, and wrote a document to showcase the good practices of JCCI partners as they integrated climate change adaptations into existing programs.
Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association Anchorage, Alaska
Coordinated the Alaska Health Care Workforce Coalition, a public-private partnership to develop Alaska’s first statewide health workforce development plan. Identified and cultivated stakeholders. Facilitated partners and the leadership team. Created and sustained communications and information management tools. Prepared issue papers, briefing documents, and workforce plan for legislators and key leaders. Negotiated with the State of Alaska’s Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Orchestrated all reporting for the Health Resources Services Administration.

Executed a variety of contracts that included survey design and implementation, data collection and analysis, and reporting and presentations to key leaders. Projects included an inventory and assessment of distance education within the University of Alaska’s three Major Academic Units in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau and a needs assessment for employers of Direct Service Workers.
Providence Health and Services Anchorage, Alaska
Developed and implemented a Community Health Funding Initiative including grant guidelines, facilitating theory of change development with leadership, and grantee technical assistance. Formalized the Grants Office, identified and coordinated the Steering Committee, coached staff and supported the Regional Director of Strategic Planning.
Statewide Independent Living Council Anchorage, Alaska
Conducted a feasibility study for establishing an Independent Living Center for people with disabilities in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Included desk and field research, report writing and presentations to the Board of Directors.
